LendingSpace's Broker Portal makes it easy for your brokers to do business with you. Once private labeled with your look and logo, it provides an easy way for your brokers to submit loan applications, obtain pricing, closing cost estimates, conditions, and pipeline information.

Brokers can upload loan applications from their desktop origination systems (Calyx®, Encompass®, Genesis®, etc.) in seconds, or they can enter applications manually online. The information can also be uploaded in Fannie Mae DU® or MISMO file formats for complete flexibility.

Broker Portal is a great way to help your brokers migrate away from time-wasting paper processes and faxing.
