LendingSpace Origination Platform - a comprehensive web-based suite of Origination Solutions consisting of:
- Loan Origination System - An end-to-end loan processing Solution from origination to funding for lenders and brokers of all sizes. It provides extensive customization features with rules based pricing, conditions, fees and compliance checks.
- LendingXchg - An online collaborative portal that allows lenders and vendors to easily process third party orders such as: Credit, Flood, Title, DU® and LP®. It is fully integrated with Loan Origination System (LOS) to eliminate re-keying of information and any documents received from vendors are automatically transferred to Loan Origination System.
Point of Sale - Flexible and easy-to-use Point of Sale application to allow loan offices to register leads along with CRM and Deal Structuring for creating and comparing multiple loan scenarios.
Broker Portal - A private label web-based solution for lenders to allow their brokers to submit loan applications from their desktop origination systems (Calyx®, Genesis®, etc.) or enter manually and get pricing, fees, conditions and pipeline information.
Lead Management - A Lead aggregation solution that allows management of leads coming in from various channels for example, business partners like LendingTree®, GetSmart®, or through Broker Portal, corporate website, etc. Based on the source of the information, different interface adapter is invoked and data is automatically transferred into LendingSpace's Loan Origination System.
