LendingXchg is an Internet based solution that provides online order tracking, processing, and delivery of vendor products. It processes orders for Credit Providers, Appraisal Companies, Flood Certification Companies, Closing Agents and Attorneys. LendingXchg is integrated with the Loan Origination System (LOS) that allows orders to be placed and tracked directly through LOS without requiring users to switch systems. LendingXchg integrates and automates the exchange of information between all parties (vendors-lenders-borrowers) involved in a lending transaction - it makes ordering, tracking, fulfilling and delivering of vendor products and services seamless and easy.
