Lead Management
The Lead Management application provides fulfillment and disposing of leads made by prospective borrowers. The application is designed to allow lenders to manage incoming leads from various channels:
- Online leads (Rate Inquiry, Lead with permission to run credit, Lead without permission to run credit)
- Phone
- Corporate Website
- Partner leads (e.g. LendingTree®, GetSmart®)
- Broker Portal
Lead Management provides various interface adapters that allows data
from the leads to be automatically loaded into LendingSpace's Loan
Origination System without the need to re-key information. The incoming
leads are first loaded into the Lead Management application allowing
further qualification of the information prior to transferring into
the Loan Origination System. This way, only quality leads can be transferred
and others may be discarded.
