Broker Portal
The Broker Portal is a private label web-based solution for lenders
to allow their brokers to submit loan applications and obtain pricing,
closing costs, conditions and pipeline information. The brokers can
upload loan applications from their desktop origination systems (Calyx®,
Genesis®, etc.) or enter manually online. The information
can also be uploaded in Fannie
Mae DU® or MISMO
file formats. Following are some of the features:
- Interfaces for uploading loan applications (e.g. DU 3.2, MISMO)
- Capability to enter manual loan application (short and full 1003 application)
- Enter supporting information (e.g. contact information, requested programs)
- Get lender published latest rate & program information
- Seamless interface to LendingSpace's Lead Management and Loan Origination System applications
- Receive updates from Loan Origination System, (status updates, stipulations, closing costs)
- Track and manage pipeline information
- Reports (e.g. MTD Leads, YTD Leads, Effectiveness and Daily Pipeline)
